Really this is your response, a feeble attempt to insult me and my wife and car… really.

Extortionist: Illegal use of one's official position or powers to obtain property, funds, or patronage.

This is exactly what you guys did to me, illegally stealing my property/car and charging me for it. I think by your response is an example of your intellectual capacity and is why you work at a tow yard. If you can read you will plainly see that there are plenty of other reviews about your business not one good… Each review has a date if you can understand dates you will plainly see other bad reviews. Is this your business model? is it successful?

If you are going to call us Please refrain from threats that is illegal and will be reported.

I am not extorting anything from you and your company I am offering a service to the public to let them know that your company is a fraud and does not offer a service to anyone. If you want www.austinexpresstowing.com takedown then return the $193 + $80 in cab fare you extorted from me… Also a formal apology from the owner.

P.S. Always remember... Egotism is the anesthetic that dulls the pain of stupidity.

what is it that you want exactly? sounds like extortion....HAHAHAHA.... you're that bald guy with that ancient landrover discovery that couldn't pay the bill. your credit card had insufficient funds, then you tried to use a card that had somebody else's name on it. HAHAHAHA......who's card did you steal, buddy? you're soooooo stupid you're even riding around in that "pos" with cancelled out license plates. here's a little bit of advice from me to you and that woman that keeps calling our office and harassing our dispatcher with her foul mouth: grow up and pay attention to where you leave your junk. oh yeah and by the way: WE ARE NOT GOING TO PAY EXTORTIONISTS TO REMOVE THE BAD REVIEWS FROM THE NET. WE ARE, HOWEVER, GOING TO REPORT YOU TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.‎

I parked at a gas station downtown for 5 mins had to drop off paper work. As I walked around a building and back their was a truck hooking up to my car and towing it. My car set in the yard for 30mins I had to pay $193.50. plus $30 for a cab to get to their yard. This the most corrupt business in Austin someone needs to put a stop to this. Do not use this company.‎

That makes no sense shlary. If you had a parking permit for your vehicle to be parked at your own aparment complex, then it had to towed for something illegal, like being parked in a firelane or in a handicapped space. ...

I went to the DPS and parked near a local business due to the lack of space (it is utterly insane). A tower must have been stalking and waiting, ten minutes later it was gone. I just urge people to please use caution when parking, it bit me hard.‎

Updated News!!!!!!!!!

The Austin Police Department's Wrecker Enforcement Unit Detectives David Gann and Robert Loosier busted Austin Express Towing Service in an undercover sting along with Henry Sector officers last night.

The location of the sting, the Fast Freddys parking lot at 2120 East Riverside Drive which serves the Spanish speaking community.

An Austin Express driver was charging a fee of $50 to a vehicle owner when nothing should have been charged per the City of Austin Wrecker Ordinance. Wrecker drivers charging unauthorized fees are not uncommon among many of the private property impound companies.

Also, it was discovered by the Detectives that the Austin Police Department issued non-consent towing permits displayed on Austin Express and Tow Time tow trucks belonged to another company that went out of business.

The Wrecker Enforcement Unit Detectives ordered both companies NOT to tow anymore nonconsent tows within the Austin city limits or risk being jailed and their tow trucks impounded.

The Austin Express drivers and manager were issued citations for violating various criminal offenses that carry a minimium fine of $500.00.

The parking lot Austin Express was busted in did not comply with State Law for the reason vehicles belonging to Spanish speaking only citizens were being towed for according to the detectives.

The owner of Austin Express and Tow Time, Akram Nasserdine, arrived when the Detectives and police officers were ordering all their tow trucks to stop towing from the Fast Freddy parking lot and any other parking lot in Austin without the vehicle owner's consent.

This will not be the last undercover sting for private property towing companies who prey on our citizens and visitors by towing their vehicles in violation of State Law and City Ordinance.
